Bath & beyond: A bath is more than just water in a tub. Make your bath more enjoyable and relaxing with bath oils, scented soaps, bubble bath or bath salts. Many of these are infused with aromatic scents to make bath time a multi-sensory experience. A good soaking with Epsom salts may also help with tense, achy muscles and feet.
Mini-facial treatment: Soak for about 10 minutes to allow the steam to open your pores, and then apply your favourite facial mask. Rinse off after the appropriate time has lapsed. Who needs...
