



Just about everyone suffers from a headache now and then. For some lucky people, the pain is mild and occurs very seldomly. For some not so lucky, like migraine sufferers, the pain can be severe and can occur often.
There are things we can do that help us anticipate or avoid headaches, reduce their severity and to help us cope with them better.
